Prestige Imperial Park is a premium 10-acre mixed-use township in Budvel, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. The project offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with built-up sizes from 1,200 to 3,000 sq. ft. The unit mix is 210 2 BHK (20%), 525 3 BHK (50%), and 315 4 BHK (30%). Each configuration is available in Type A, B, and C variants — allowing buyers to choose by size, view, and budget.
Prices start at ₹1.40 Crores for a 2 BHK and go up to ₹3.50 Crores for a premium 4 BHK. The all-inclusive base rate is ₹10,500 per sq. ft. Pricing varies by floor, view, and tower position (Tower A faces the lake, Tower B faces the central park, and Tower C is tech-park-adjacent).
The HMDA layout is approved. The TS RERA registration application has been submitted and the registration number is currently pending. It will be published on the official website once issued.
